How was your weekend? Mine was just okay, went to work and caught up on some tv. If you saw my Spring/Summer trend report HERE, then you know that one of the major shoe trend for the season is Gladiator sandals. In this post, I am showing how I recently wore a pair of those sandals for a casual lunch date with my Aunt and Uncle. I simply styled the sandals with a printed short dress from the Peter Pilotto for Target Collection. A major style tip for styling Gladiator sandals is pairing them with shorts, skirts or dresses above the knee to make the sandals the statement piece. You can also style them with maxi dresses or skirts with high slits and let the gladiator sandals peek through the slits.
Let me know how would you style the Gladiator sandals trend?
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a blessed week...:)

  2. Loving those gladiator sandals! Had one from zara but my elder sister bullied me and took it. Payback is right around the corner (I hope)! Happy new month doll.

  3. Love this outfit! I'd tried on this dress and loved it but had to let it go because I had many in my cart but regretting it now. Anyway I love thar you paired it with the gladiator sandals. I think pairing them with a dress or short or skirt is a great tip and I just ordered a pair & planning to wear it with any of those options especially a simple piece so it's the focal piece. You look great!!

  4. Love how you paired the dress with the gladiator sandals. I recently posted a similar dress, also from Peter Pilotto http://stylediarybyosy.blogspot.com/2014/06/on-bright-and-hot-weekend-afternoon.html . I cant wait to style the gladiator sandals, they definitely rock with anything above the knee like you said.
