How are you all doing? I hope you are having a wonderful week so far. Today's post features another DIY project I made about 2 weeks ago, I woke up super early on my birthday and decided to make something super quick since I wanted to wear something new for work. This wrap top came to life in just about 3.5 hours and I am so glad that it turned out really nice. For the styling, I paired it with a pair of white jeans and neon pink pumps. I have more DIY looks to share so definitely stay tuned! For those that sew, I have a pattern review below...:)
Pattern Review: McCalls 7358
Pattern Description: Very loose-fitting, wrap tops have self-lined yokes (cut on crosswise grain), gathers, belt loops, inside ties, narrow hem, and self-belt.
Pattern Sizing: It came in a size 6-14 and I cut a size 12
Fabric Used: Vlisco "Voila for You" Fabric (in another color HERE)
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, super easy.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love the different collar and hem length the pattern offers. It was also super quick to make, it took me about 4 hours to sew after the cutting process.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made? Only change I made was to add 2 inches to the sleeve length.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes and Yes! I love this pattern.
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!
