How are you all doing? I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I had a fantastic one, because I went home for the weekend. It felt so nice seeing and hanging out with my momma and my friends. Plus I got the chance to reconnect with my sewing machine and made a dress that I wore to church yesterday (will share it later in an upcoming post). I feel so refresh and ready to smash the rest of this semester! Anyways, today's post features what I wore for my white coat ceremony almost 3 months ago. I paired a polka dots shirt with a butterfly printed pencil skirt that I made with the remnants of this fabric HERE. Style note: when mixing prints like I did in this post, try to find a common color or keep the colors in the same color family.
One question I was asked a lot when I went home was how was I coping in SOP. To be honest, it is very stressful and time consuming, basically when I am not in lectures I am studying most times. In fact I don't think I have ever studied as much in my life as I have this past couple of months but I wouldn't change it for the world. I feel so blessed and I thank God every day for blessing me with the opportunity to be studying Pharmacy. I cannot wait to start making a difference in peoples' lives as a future Pharmacist.
P.S: In honor of World Pharmacists Day yesterday, I got the opportunity of shooting a fun video with some of my "Pharmily" which was organized by the APhA-ASP & IPSF chapter of my school. Check out the video HERE.
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!
