My DIY: Embroidered Denim Swing Dress + Vogue 9237 Pattern Review

Happy Tuesday Lovelies!

Embroidered Denim Swing Dress (I made)
Fabric: HERE & Pattern: HERE
Shoedazzle Camel Wedges (super old)
MAC "Recollection" Retro Matte Lipstick (HERE)
How are you all doing? Today's post features a fun swing dress in this yummy denim fabric with embroidery border detail. Since the fabric already has so much going on with the border detail, I decided to make a simple style to highlight the fabric detail. I settled on Vogue 9237 because I like the swing style and ruffle detail in the back. I wore it to a graduation cookout a couple of weeks ago and I love that it's so lightweight and the perfect dress to wear for a hot summer day.
Pattern Review: Vogue 9237
Pattern Description: Loose-fitting pullover dress has button and loop closing at back neck, sleeve and hem variations.
Pattern Sizing: It came in a size 4-14, and I cut a size 14.
Fabric Used: Telio Denim Embroidered Single Border Floral Yellow/Red/Purple (HERE)
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, it was super easy.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love the gathered hem detail at the back.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made? I did make any changes.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes and Yes, I love how easy breezy the dress is plus it's so quick to make.
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!
